Bambirra, Merola & Andrade Advogados has recently launched a new project: BMA iNOVA
BMA iNova is a junior law firm in which partners Felipe Bambirra (pictured left), Sérgio Merola (pictured center) and José Andrade (pictured right) will advise and help the firm’s lawyers on a wide range of matters.
According to the partners, the idea came up after the last two selection processes. They realized that a good number of the lawyers who already had jobs and who had applied for the vacancies offered by BMA were looking for another firm due to the lack of growth opportunities.
Therefore, the partners decided to offer a recurrent training system to the lawyers of the firm, and not only opportunities.
