Banco Santander retains PPU in Colombia for JV with Crédit Agricole

Law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) has acted as Colombian counsel for Banco Santander on the creation of a joint venture with Crédit Agricole.
