Barros & Errázuriz advises Consorcio Nacional de Seguros on $1.500m investment
Barros & Errázuriz has assisted Consorcio Nacional de Seguros with a corporate Venture capital operation in a $1,500,000 investment in technology company
Barros & Errázuriz has advised Compañía de Seguros de Vida Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S.A. in the corporate venture capital transaction consisting in the direct investment in the technology company “Rocketbot”, for an amount of $1,500,000 USD dollars in a capital round of $2.1 million dollars.
The transaction was closed on April 29th, where B&E’s advice consisted of due diligence to Rocketbot, and negotiation and closing of the transaction documents (share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement and other related documents), under Chilean and Delaware jurisdiction.
Rocketbot is a company dedicated to the development of process automation robots (RPA) with operations in Chile, the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil, among other countries, and preparing operations in the US and Europe.
