Bastos-Tigre partner takes over an OAB/RJ commission

Lawyer Larissa de Oliveira Monteiro (pictured), a partner at Bastos-Tigre, Coelho da Rocha, Lopes e Freitas, has been appointed to chair the newly-created OAB/RJ Litigation Financing Committee for the 2022/2024 term.

The issue is on the agenda of investment funds, economic agents, lawyers and litigating parties and has great potential to be consolidated in our country as an instrument capable of offering legal and economic solutions that can help reduce the time taken for proceedings and the inequality of the parties, while also enabling greater access to justice.
