Leônidas Barbosa, a Ph.D. candidate in Public Finance, Taxation, and Development at UERJ, holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP and a postgraduate specialization from IBET. He brings extensive experience in tax advisory and strategic litigation.
Meanwhile, Thiago Zimmermman, a specialist in civil-commercial, regulatory, and administrative litigation, brings over 15 years of experience, with a strong track record in infrastructure, technology, real estate, and agribusiness.
