BBL announces new partner in different pratices
BBL Advogados has announced the admission of Nicholas Di Biase (pictured) as a new partner in its corporate, M&A, and capital markets practice.
His arrival represents an important milestone for the firm, significantly strengthening its capabilities in complex transactional and regulatory matters.
Nicholas has extensive experience in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and capital markets regulation, as well as strategic corporate litigation.
He advises Brazilian and international companies, controlling and minority shareholders, publicly held companies, investment funds, asset managers, and other capital markets participants.
He holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Business Law and a Law Degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), as well as a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD/UFRJ.
