B&E acts in Los Héroes bond placement
Barros & Errázuriz acted as advisor to Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar Los Héroes (Los Héroes), one of Chile’s leading compensation funds, in two placements under the bond line registered in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission under number 1119.
These placements included the AC Series, for a nominal amount of 1 million Unidades de Fomento, and the AD Series, for a nominal amount of 37,430 million Chilean pesos.
The issues were registered with the Commission’s Securities Registry on 2 July 2024, and the Series AC was placed in the market on 5 July 2024, for an approximate amount of USD $800,000,000.
