B&E advises Eurocorp on acquisition of real estate shares

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Rentas Residenciales Larraín Vial – Eurocorp Investment Fund, managed by LarrainVial Asset Management, in the acquisition by Eurocorp of all the shares of the companies that own the buildings called: “Hipódromo 1820”, located in the commune of Independencia; “Edificio Portugal Cuevas”, located in the commune of Santiago; “Edificio Gran Avenida 6321”, located in the commune of San Miguel; “Edificio Don Pepe 88”, located in the commune of La Florida; and “Edificio Lira 320”, located in the commune of Santiago.
