B&E advises Link Capital Partners on share purchase in Vicente Valdés Uno

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Link Capital Partners Administradora General de Fondos in the creation of the Public Investment Fund Link -Fundamenta Retorno Preferente, for the indirect investment in a real estate project, through the purchase of the shares of Sociedad Inmobiliaria Vicente Valdés Uno.

This transaction was closed on 12 June and had an approximate value of USD $3,418,542.

B&E’s team was led by partner Luis Alberto Letelier (pictured), with the support of Juan Ignacio Galdámez, Florencia Yates, Valentina Montecino Bórquez, Patricio Solórzano and Francisca Astudillo.
