Barros & Errázuriz has assisted Coca-Cola Embonor in the placement of 5,000 BKOEM series G bonds in the local market, for a total amount of UF 2,500,000, with a term of 18 years and 6 months and a placement rate of UF + 3.39% per annum.
This transaction, closed on 31 May, had a value of approximately USD $122,000,000.
