B&E represents BTG Pactual in share deal with Penta Las Américas
Barros & Errázuriz has represented BTG Pactual Chile in the execution of a share sale and purchase agreement with Penta Las Américas Administradora General de Fondos of its shares in Infraestructura Interporturaria Central, Sociedad Concesionaria Melipilla and Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Interportuaria.
This transaction was completed on 14 September, for an amount of USD $46,585,047.78. Alcaino Abogados acted as legal advisor to Penta de las Américas.
The advice included the negotiation of the contract and all closing documents.
