B&E represents GNL Ameris IPM in refinancing agreement
Barros & Errázuriz has represented GNL Ameris IPM in the execution of a new credit facility, consisting of a USD $55,000,000 long-term financing facility and a USD $5,000,000 revolving facility.
Industrial Bank of Korea (Hong Kong Branch) acted as administrative agent and lender, while Woori Global Markets Asia Limited and Woori Bank (Hong Kong Branch) and Industrial Bank of Korea acted as lenders.
The firm also advised GNL Ameris IPM on the execution of a new deposit agreement with the same administrative agent and with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones acting as depositary bank, as well as on the execution of guarantees subject to Chilean law.
The transaction, completed on 1 August, also involved the jurisdictions of the US, South Korea and China. Mayer Brown and LeeKo also acted as advisors on the deal.
