B&E represents Los Canelos in land sale
Barros & Errázuriz has represented Inmobiliaria Los Canelos in the negotiation and subsequent sale of a plot of land located in Porto Alegre Street, in the district of Las Condes.
The advice involved the negotiation and drafting of preparatory documents for the sale, such as the promise and its amendments, as well as the sale documents, including the public deed of sale.
