B&E represents Transelec in bond placement

Barros & Errázuriz has represented Transelec, the country’s main electricity transmission company, in the registration of two bond facilities of 10,000,000 UF each (approximately USD 293,000,000 each), and in the placement of 5,000,000 UF (approximately USD 146,000,000).

This transaction was completed on 5 September.
