Beccar Varela adds new partner

Argentinian law firm Beccar Varela has promoted associate Daniel Levi to the position of partner, and who practices in corporate finance, banking and financial institutions and corporate law.

Levi (pictured) has ample experience in advising on local and international financial transactions, representing both companies and banks, and works actively in the fintech and financial impact sectors, as well as advising clients on banking law, M&As, private equity, venture capital and commercial contracts.

“Daniel is a lawyer with extraordinary talent, that without a doubt strengthens and complements the team of partners at Beccar Varela today and in the future,” according to the firm’s managing partner, Horacio E. Beccar Varela.


Levi holds a master’s degree in finance from the Universidad del CEMA and a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.



He studied at Harvard Law School in 2014, completing postgraduate studies in private equity and venture capital at the Instituto INSPER de San Pablo, and in fintech and innovative banking at Imperial College of London in 2018, and digital banking at Universidad Di Tella in the same year.



He worked as a foreign associate at Brazilian law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados from 2015-16.
