Beccar Varela instructed on note issuance by Tarjetas Cuyanas

Argentinean law firm Estudio Beccar Varela advised Tarjetas Cuyana and the placement agents of the deal on the issuance of notes Class XXVII.

The notes were issued in one series under the company’s global program for short, medium and long term notes for a value of up to $250 million. 

Tarjetas Cuyanas is a debit and credit card issuer and operator under the Nevada brand. It is headquartered in Mendoza, Argentina and operates as a subsidiary of Tarjetas Regionales.

The notes issued have been listed on The Buenos Aires Stock Exchange admitted to trading on Mercado Abierto Electrónico. Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and HSBC acted as organizers and placement agents.

Partner Javier L. Magnasco led the Beccar Varela acting for Tarjetas Cuyana.
