Beccar Varela promotes two new partners

Beccar Varela has announced the promotion to partners of lawyers Enrique López Rivarola and Fernando Kreser, to strengthen the areas of tax law and dispute resolution, respectively.

Enrique (pictured left) joined the firm in 2008. His practice focuses on tax law, both in tax advice and planning for domestic and international clients, as well as in complex tax litigation. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, as well as a Specialization in Tax Law from the Universidad Austral. 

Fernando (pictured right) joined the firm in 2019. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, both in domestic and international arbitration as well as in civil and commercial litigation. He represents domestic and foreign clients in complex disputes relating to commercial contracts, corporate conflicts, claims for damages, and debt restructuring processes, among others. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina, a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Universidad Austral and is a Professor of Business Law at the MBA program of the Universidad del Salvador.
