Benedetti & Benedetti partners part ways in Panama

The partners of Panama law firm Benedetti & Benedetti have announced the separation of their professional practices. 

Legacy Benedetti & Benedetti was founded in 1991 and it is perhaps best known for its experience in IP. Over the years, the firm also developed a solid corporate offering which included M&A, offshore and shipping.

The firm was also a member of Central Law, the regional legal oufit.

Partner Ramón Benedetti will now head Estudio Benedetti.

Alida Benedetti and three other partners have set up Benedetti CL which will keep a full service practice including corporate and M&A, finance, shipping, tax, IP and labour. Benedetti CL will remain a member of Central Law, offering legal services throughout Central American and the Caribbean.
