Benetti & Giammarino advise Ada Tech on investment round
Benetti & Giammarino Advogados advised Ada Tech (former Let’s Code), an edtech with an innovative programming teaching method devoted to the formation of programmers for the job market, on its Pre-Series A Round co-led by Vivo Ventures (a structured corporate venture capital fund belonging to Vivo Group, through its Spanish parent company Telefónica Open Innovation, S.L.) and QMS Capital, a venture capital investment boutique founded by former Credit Suisse’s executives.
The amount raised through this Pre-Series A Round are part of Ada’s expansion plans to grow fifty percent (50%) in Brazilian market up until the end of 2024, in line with the annual growth it has recorded over the last four years, as well as improve its operations in the B2B segment.
