Astrid Lima Rocha has more than 12 years’ experience at prestigious law firms, including Lefosse Advogados (2020-2025) and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York (2018-2020). A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 2011), with a master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP, 2016) and Stanford University, where she obtained her LL.M. in Corporate Governance (2018), Astrid specializes in Securities Investigations, Compliance and Litigation.
The professional has built a solid track record in investigations, Compliance & Ethics, corporate governance, corporate disputes and defenses before regulatory bodies such as CGU and CVM, in addition to having conducted extensive research in the field of state-controlled companies and published articles and participated in lectures on the subject.
