Bicalho Adv has strengthened its Tax team with the hiring of Marcos de Almeida Pinto (pictured left), the new head of the Tax Planning and Consulting department, who will focus on structuring real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, capital markets, project finance and family offices.
He joins Beatriz Simão (pictured right), coordinator of the Tax Litigation area and specialist in strategic solutions involving federal, state and municipal taxes in the administrative and judicial spheres.
