Bichara act on investment in Agrion by Global Fund for Coral Reefs
Bichara Advogados advised the Global Fund for Coral Reefs, managed by Pegasus Capital Partners, on its investment in Agrion AgriSolutions, a company that invests in proprietary technology to produce organo-mineral fertilizers.
The Global Fund for Coral Reefs is an international investment fund which supports investments that benefit the marine habitats and coral reef health and has the UN Green Climate Fund as its main investor, bringing an important global ESG seal to Agrion AgriSolutions.
The firm relied on counselor partners Luiz Henrique de Carvalho Vieira Gonçalves (pictured left), Breno Carvalho Ganem (pictured right), Vítor Macabu Oliveira and Alice Pinheiro de Abreu Mac Arthur.
From Pegasus Capital Partners, the investment was led by Dale Galvin and Celso Catan.
