Bichara advise Ferragens Negrão in the sale of Theron Marketing

Bichara Advogados advised Grupo Ferragens Negrão, one of Brazil’s largest wholesale distributors of tools and hardware, in the sale of its subsidiary, Theron Marketing, to the lubricant manufacturer WD-40, for approximately US$ 6.9 million.

For the past 27 years, Theron Marketing held the exclusivity rights to the WD-40 brand and the distribution of its products, both of which will, from now on, be managed directly by a Brazilian subsidiary of the American company.

The firm acted in negotiating, preparing, and reviewing the definitive transaction documents.
