Bichara advises M12 Participações on the issuance of commercial notes
Bichara Advogados advised Grupo Ferragens Negrão on the first issuance of commercial notes of M12 Participações Empresariais, with fiduciary guarantee, for public distribution. UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead underwriter and the transaction value was BRL 140 million.
