Bichara advises Rio Park Urbanismo SPE on the issuance of CRI

Bichara Advogados advised B.Side Investimentos, Virgo Companhia de Securitização and Rio Park Urbanismo SPE, in the issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), which constituted the 209th issuance by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by a Commercial Note issued by Rio Park Urbanismo SPE. The transaction had a total value of R$33 million.

The firm relied on partner Vinícius Matarazzo (pictured left), Marcos Tiraboschi (pictured right), lawyers Ricardo Amadeu Sassi Filho, Daniel Abuchalla, Michelle da Silva Garcia, Pedro Augusto de Souza Pires and Gabriel Feitoza Saraiva.
