Bichara advises two firms on deal with Shopping Manaus Via Norte
Bichara Advogados advised WEGA Par and Firma Participações on the consolidation of control of Shopping Manaus Via Norte, in a transaction that resulted in the sale of the equity stake held by HSI Asset through the HSI IV Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia.
With this transaction, WEGA and Firma now hold 100% of Shopping Manaus Via Norte, the largest mixed-use development in the northern region of Brazil.
