Bichara Advogados advise on the issuance of CRA of Grupo Leh

Bichara Advogados advised the structurer EQI Investment Banking, True Securitizadora, and Grupo Leh, in the issuance of the Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs), which constituted the 79th issuance by True Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness receivables owed by Grupo Leh.

This transaction was carried out in accordance with CVM 160 and had a total value of BRL 50 million.

Bichara Advogados relied on the expertise of partners Luiz Henrique Vieira (pictured left) and Vinícius Matarazzo (pictured right), as well as associates Pedro Richter and Ana Júlia Dejato Travagin.
