Bichara Advogados advises on CRA issuance

Bichara Advogados advised Fiagril on the public distribution offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), issued by Companhia Província de Securitização, supported by agribusiness debt instruments (commercial notes) due by Fiagril.

The transaction total amount was R$ 300,000,000.00, pursuant to ICVM 160.

Bichara Advogados acted as legal advisor to Fiagril and relied on partner Luiz Henrique Vieira (pictured) and associates Vinícius Matarazzo and Letícia Gomes Vieira and intern Pedro Henrique Richter Severo Batista.
