Bichara Advogados advises on port terminal auction

The infrastructure area of Bichara Advogados advised Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo, which came first in the Mac 12 port lease in the Port of Maceió.

The auction, which took place in São Paulo, secured first place for the MAC 12 liquid bulk terminal, for a grant of 107 million reais.

Leading the operation were partner Luciana Campos Maciel (pictured) and lawyer Débora Sena. The team was responsible for analyzing the project, the bidding requirements and presenting the documents required for participation.
