Bichara Advogados announces new partners
Bichara Advogados announced the arrival of Antônio Rabelo Filho (pictured left) and Fernanda Casagrande (pictured right) as partners at the firm. Antônio will take on a strategic role, working across different practice areas with a focus on tax, corporate, and civil law, while Fernanda will strengthen the corporate criminal law practice and lead the development of our new compliance and investigations practice.
Antônio holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and has extensive experience in Corporate and Tax Law. During his seventeen-year career at Oi, he reached the position of Legal Vice President and led the company’s restructuring process. In recent years, he has worked as an International Legal Counsel at White & Case LLP, representing major corporations in judicial recovery proceedings and advising investment funds in Brazil and abroad.
Fernanda holds a master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law from Getulio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo (FGV-SP) and has vast experience in Corporate Criminal Law, Compliance, and Corporate Risk Management. She began her career as an in-house legal executive at major companies, holding this position for approximately six years. She has also been part of renowned law firms in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, focusing on corporate risk management for companies across various industries.
