Bichara Advogados introduces four new counselor partners
Bichara Advogados has announced four new counselor partners to its teams. Breno Ganem and Vinícius Matarazzo, professionals who have developed in the firm itself, take up positions in the Corporate area; Eduardo Pinho, in the Tax area; and Luiz Felipe Miradouro, in the Social Security area.
Breno has been working in the Corporate area for over 10 years, 7 of which as a member of the firm. He has extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions, highly complex corporate litigation, commercial and financial contracts, debt restructuring, negotiation of stressed assets, legal opinions, capital market transactions and administrative defenses before Brazilian regulatory bodies, especially the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
Also strengthening the Corporate area, Vinícius has been working in the sector for over 16 years, four of which as a member of the firm’s banking team. He has extensive experience in domestic and international transactions, including financing, securitization, project finance, formation and capitalization of investment funds and other investment fund vehicles, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures.
In the Tax area, Eduardo has over 13 years’ experience, 10 of which as a member of the firm. He works in administrative and judicial tax litigation, with a focus on taxation in the electricity, cement, mining, steel, retail, services and pulp and paper sectors.
Luiz has been with the firm for 5 years and has worked in the social security area for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in consultancy and litigation, both administrative and judicial, and specializes in strategic remuneration, short and long-term incentives, regressive actions brought by the INSS, eSocial and regularity certificates.
