Bichara Advogados introduced André Gondinho, new partner in Litigation and Arbitration
The new partner André Gondinho will be based in São Paulo and will add his nearly 30 years of experience in the Litigation and Arbitration area, which has been growing steadily and solidly in the firm.
Besides being a Master and Doctor in Civil Law, André is the author and co-author of books and articles related to civil law and dispute resolution, and has taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses in public and private universities throughout the country.
André is also a member of the International Chapter of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBAR), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and the Society of Construction Law (UK), among other legal associations.
He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School and a post-graduate degree in the same area from FGV-SP.
