Bichara and Lefosse advise on debenture issue by Flora

Bichara Advogados advised Flora Produtos de Higiene e Limpeza, owner of brands such as Minuano and Francis, on its fourth issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with an additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, coordinated by Banco Santander (Brazil), which was advised by Lefosse.

This transaction had a total value of R$400 million.
