Bichara and Pinheiro Neto act on CRA’s issuance
Bichara Advogados advised Usinas Itamarati and Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel to the underwriters in the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio – CRAs), of single serie of the 80th issuance of VERT Companhia Securitizadora backed by agribusiness receivables owed by Usinas Itamarati, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
The CRAs were distributed by Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and Banco BOCOM BBM. This issuance was characterized as “CRA Verde” since it was aligned with the Green Bonds Principles and with the Climate Bonds Standards, and other international recognized sustainability standards.
