Bichara announces new partner for the competition area
Bichara Advogados announced Thaís Guerra (pictured) as a new partner who will lead the competition practice.
With over twenty years of career experience and an LL.M. from Fordham University, Thaís is a seasoned professional in handling complex mergers and antitrust investigations involving horizontal and vertical practices. She has worked on several leading cases before Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). Thaís has a strong background in advisory services related to competition matters, including risk assessments, drafting and implementing compliance programs and audits, and developing commercial policies across a wide range of industry and service sectors.
With her expertise in providing legal advice to national and international clients, Thaís will enhance our firm’s full-service practice and address clients’ growing demand for competition services in an increasingly complex business environment that requires sophisticated and integrated solutions.
