Bird & Bird advised Enagas on Peruvian acquisition
The Madrid office of international law firm Bird and Bird acted for Enagas on the acquisition of a 21% stake in a Peruvian energy company.
Enagás is a Spanish energy company which owns and operates the nation’s gas grid and has operations in Mexico, Peru, Chile and Sweden.
With the transaction, value at over $8 million, Enagas becomes majority shareholder of the target company, Compañía Operadora de Gas del Amazonas.
