BKM acts in BSBIOS’ acquisition of La Paloma and Biosinergy
BKM Berkemeyer has acted as advisor in Paraguay to BSBIOS, sponsor of the Omega Green project, in the signing of an agreement to acquire the shares of the companies Agroindustrial La Paloma and Biosinergy, both located in the city of La Paloma del Espíritu Santo, department of Canindeyú.
Thanks to this transaction, closed on 5 January, BSBIOS strengthens its commitment in Paraguay by diversifying its business and boosting the productive sector in the area.
The consultancy involved the drafting and review of all contracts and agreements in corporate, environmental, regulatory and labour matters, as well as the acquisition of the shares of shareholders Darci Ricadi, Massimiliano Corsi and Sidney Wedderhoff.
BSBIOS Indústria e Comércio Biodiesel Sul Brasil is a Brazilian biodiesel producer, engaged in the production of biofuels (HVO, SPK and NAPHTA) derived from vegetable oils and animal fats. Agroindustrial La Paloma is dedicated to the processing and industrialisation of soya, obtaining flour, oils and derivatives, and Biosinergy is dedicated to the production and commercialisation of biodiesel.
