BKM acts in the sale from Eurocar
BKM Berkemeyer has acted as advisor to Eurocar in its sale to Garden Automotores of the FIAT brand vehicle distribution business, including the associated assets.
The advice involved structuring from a corporate and antitrust point of view, as well as drafting and negotiating the transaction documents.
Eurocar is a company founded in 1999, with extensive experience in the field of representation, import, sale and distribution of vehicles, which owns various businesses related to the automotive industry, including the import, representation, distribution, sale, financing, maintenance and related services of FIAT brand motor vehicles and auto parts.
BKM’s team was led by partner Carla Sosa (pictured), assisted by partner Manuel Arias and associates Alvaro Rojas and Jorge Peralta.
