BKM appoints Milena Sljivich as partner
BKM Berkemeyer has announced the appointment of Milena Sljivich (pictured) as a new partner of the firm.
Milena specialises in corporate finance and capital markets with experience in local and international landmark transactions in the areas of M&A and infrastructure.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Deputy Attorney General and then as Director of Judicial Affairs at the Attorney General’s Office (2014-2018), and before that, as an associate at Gross Brown Law Firm (2012-2014).
She is a lawyer summa cum laude from the Catholic University ‘Nuestra Señora de la Asunción’, graduated in 2013, and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University, School of Law in 2016.
Milena has been admitted by the NY State Bar to practice law in the State of New York, USA, in 2018.
