BKM represents Grupo Espínola in acquisition of radio stations
BKM Berkemeyer has represented Grupo Espínola in the notification of a concentration operation before CONACOM, consisting of the acquisition of the majority shareholding in the companies Radio Ñandutí, Rock and Pop and Radio Mburukuyá.
This operation was recently approved by a final resolution issued by CONACOM.
BKM’s team included partner Manuel Arias (pictured), with the participation of senior associate Álvaro Emilio Rojas Cuenca and associate Camila Solalinde.
