Richard Blanchet reinforces the corporate governance and business structuring projects team

Blanchet Advogados has announced the return of Richard Blanchet as a new partner. The lawyer previously worked at Loeser e Hadad Advogados (former Loeser, Blanchet e Hadad Advogados), where he worked for 23 years in total.

Richard graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1993 and started his professional career as a tax litigation attorney, a position he held for almost ten years. However, after a period studying in the United States and returning as coordinator of the international area of Loeser e Portela Advogados, he redirected his focus to the areas of corporate law, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
