Alessandra Höhne (pictured) joins Blanchet Advogados with over 30 years’ experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, to work on the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance projects.

Alessandra has experience in banks and law firms, where she led various M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate governance projects. Alessandra holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from University College London, a specialization in Corporate Law from PUC/SP and a postgraduate degree in People Management from USP/ESALQ.
