Blanchet Advogados announces the arrival of Lilian Cristina Lang (pictured) as a partner. With solid experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, Lilian strengthens the firm’s business structuring area, one of its main lines of practice.
A graduate of Mackenzie University Law School, with a specialization in Business Law from PUC/SP and an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA, USA), Lilian has more than 16 years’ experience in the practice of Business Law in law firms advising domestic and foreign clients, especially in M&A transactions, as well as participating in various corporate reorganization and joint venture projects.
He was also head of the legal department of an important Brazilian fintech.
