BMA act as deal counsel on IPO of SNFZ

BMA acted as deal counsel in the incorporation and primary placement of shares of the first issuance of Suno Fazendas – FIAGRO Imobiliário (SNFZ11), an investment fund in agroindustrial productive chains in real estate category, with Suno Gestora de Recursos, as its portfolio manager, and Singulare Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as its fiduciary manager. The first issuance of shares was subject to a public offering registered with the CVM 160, in which Singulare Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as lead coordinator.

Concurrently with the IPO SNFZ, BMA also acted as deal counsel in the issuance of agrobusiness receivables certificates (CRA), backed by credits resulting from the issuance of financial rural product notes (“CPRFs”). The funds raised through the offering of CRA will be used for the development of a farm in the state of Mato Grosso, named “”Fazenda Coliseu””.

The CRA were issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização and subject to a public offering aimed exclusively at professional investors, and carried out by the Securitization Company itself, as the lead coordinator, registered with the CVM 160.
