BMA act as deal counsel on issuances of Suno
BMA – Barbosa, Müssnich Aragão Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering, carried out with restricted placement efforts under the terms of CVM Instruction 476, of the second and fourth issues of the Suno Recebíveis Imobiliários Real Estate Investment Fund (whose shares are traded on the stock market managed by B3 under the ticker SNFF11 and SNCI11 respectively).
The second issue had a total value of R$ 29,700,000.00 and the fourth issue offering totaled R$ 50,345,605.30. Both transactions were managed by Suno Gestora de Recursos and administered by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, which also acted as coordinator of the second issue offering. BR Partners Banco de Investimento acted as the sole coordinator of the fourth issue offering.
