BMA advise Fleury on its 10th issuance of debentures
BMA advised Fleury on its 10th issuance of debentures, for public distribution, in the amount of BRL 1.125,000,000.00.
The funds obtained by the company from its ninth issuance of debentures will be used for the prepayment of the 1st and 2nd series of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in 3 series, of unsecured form, for public distribution, of the company’s 6th issue; and general corporate purposes of the company, including extension of liabilities and working capital reinforcement.
Banco Itaú BBA and Banco Bradesco BBI act as underwriters
