BMA advise Frigorífico Jahu on joint venture with Prime Seafood

BMA acted as legal advisor to Frigorífico Jahu – Frescatto, the country’s largest fish producer for retail, in the business combination with Prime Seafood, the country’s largest seafood exporter, for the creation of a single and combined group, involving an Investment Agreement and a Shareholders’ Agreement, with the necessary submission to and approval by CADE, the BR antitrust authority.
