BMA advise Granado on the acquisition of Care Natural Beauty
BMA Advogados advised Casa Granado Laboratórios Farmácias e Drogarias on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Care Natural Beauty Participações, which operates in the cosmetics and wellness sector, with a focus on marketing sustainable and natural products.
The acquisition allows Granado to expand its operations in this segment, consolidating its presence in the market with products that prioritize sustainability and conscious consumption.
The closing of the transaction is subject to compliance with certain suspensive conditions customary in transactions of a similar nature.
