BMA advise on issuance of CRI of Opea arising from Via
BMA Advogados advised Via on the issue of CRI – certificates of real estate receivables of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd series of the 20th issue of Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits arising from Via’s private issued debentures.
The funds raised were destined to the reimbursement of real estate expenses related to the expansion, renovation and payment of rents of certain properties, incurred by Via in the 24 months prior to the CRI offering.
The CRI were object of a public distribution, according to the terms of CVM Instruction 400, with UBS Brasil CCTVM and Banco BTG Pactual as coordinators, and advised by Demarest Advogados.
