BMA advise TotalEnergies on the divestment process
BMA acted as legal advisor to TotalEnergies Marketing Services SAS and Société Auxiliaire de Gestion de Participations, both entities of TotalEnergies Group, on the divestment process of its fuel distribution business in Brazil, corresponding to at least 240 fuel stations.
The transaction was structured through the sale of Totalenergies Distribuidora Brasil to SIM Distribuidora de Combustíveis and is subject to certain conditions normally seen in this kind of transactions, including antitrust approval.
